Job Description

Achieving primary and secondary sales & also ensuring effective distribution of Companys products
Implementing the plan, to ensure inputs are provided to the right markets/ channels/ outlets
Gathering knowledge of industry/ market construct and trade/ consumer behavior to enable development of effective plans, processes and work practices
Plan and monitor new product launches in co-ordination with the team
Developing relationships with key decision makers via distributors, dealers, retailers for business development
Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners
Effective utilization of company budget, for driving business growth
Exploit the potential of New Geographies and strengthening the current infrastructure of distribution
Robust coverage expansion through Direct coverage model
Training and monitoring the sales team by conducting regular sales review meetings
Assessing team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Devising accurate Sales Forecasting & Stock control planning
