- Responsible for on boarding formalities
- Preparation of offer and appointment letters, internal memos
- Responsible for the maintaining of employee files
- Following up with candidates with acceptance of offer letter and to confirm the joining date.
- Sourcing & shortlisting CV s through Various channels i.e. Job Portal, Referral, social media platforms & Vendors
- Scheduling interviews and taking preliminary round of interview.
- Exit formalities
- * Role would comprise about 40% recruitment and 60% Operations.
