  • Responsible for on boarding formalities
  • Preparation of offer and appointment letters, internal memos
  • Responsible for the maintaining of employee files
  • Following up with candidates with acceptance of offer letter and to confirm the joining date.
  • Sourcing & shortlisting CV s through Various channels i.e. Job Portal, Referral, social media platforms & Vendors
  • Scheduling interviews and taking preliminary round of interview.
  • Exit formalities
  • * Role would comprise about 40% recruitment and 60% Operations.
